The things people actually worry about, answered plainly.
?
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 7 days or more before pickup and your 10% comes back in full. Between 48 hours and 7 days, half comes back. Under 48 hours, or a no-show, it’s kept.

What if the car gets damaged?
The owner photographs the car at pickup and again at drop-off, and both sets stay attached to your booking. Any damage claim has to be filed within 48 hours of drop-off — after that the window is closed.

Is the rest of my payment safe?
The only amount due up front is the 10% booking fee. The balance is handed to the owner in person when you collect the keys — no second charge, and no deposit held.

★★★★★
მანქანა შესანიშნავი მდგომარეობაში იყო და მფლობელი ძალიან თავაზიანი. ყველაფერი დროულად და მარტივად მოეწყო.

Loved that the deposit was so low and everything was confirmed through the app. Will book again next trip.
