Partner guide

Everything you need to know to list your cars and get bookings on EliteRent.

1. How money works

When a customer books, they pay a 10% commission to EliteRent to confirm the booking. The customer pays you the rest of the rental total directly, in person, when they pick up the car. There is no security deposit.

2. Listing a car

Go to Add a car from your dashboard and fill in the details, including a photo. Your car goes in as pending — an admin reviews and approves it before it becomes visible to customers. Listings without a photo show a placeholder, so it’s worth adding one before you submit.

3. Reading your booking schedule

Your dashboard shows every one of your cars on a 30-day timeline. Click any booking bar to see the full details — renter name, phone, dates, and price.

  • No bar — open, nobody has requested it
  • Amber — a customer booked it, but the commission hasn’t been confirmed yet
  • Green — commission confirmed, the car is locked in for those dates

4. How a booking gets confirmed

Right now, commission payments are handled outside the app (Stripe isn’t connected yet). When a customer books, an admin will reach out to collect the 10% commission and confirm it — that’s the moment it turns from amber to green. You’ll be able to see which of your cars have bookings pending confirmation from your dashboard.

5. What’s still coming

Automatic online payments and messaging are on the roadmap but not live yet. This platform is early — thanks for being one of the first partners on it.
